| VJ Alive’s life has always been intrigued by modern technology. Being fascinated by everything related to science fiction and technological developments, his interests are anything but your usual cup of tea. He is currently working as a Compositing Artist at VMFX, London, UK. His biggest passion however is, without a doubt, music. With a day job in Motion-Graphics and music as a driving passion, he soon discovered the possibility of amalgamating his interests in both music and visual imagery. Since that day, there’s been no looking back. "Being a DJ myself, I understand the emotive note in each track. I try my best to bring that emotion on to the screen to let audience visualize the music." VJ Alive chooses to create a visual story using clips from his bank of 3000+ video files - Almost 70% of the bank being custom-made. “Just like the DJ, I try to take the audience on a journey. But my visuals are no better than the music being played.” VJ Alive has been into ‘Live Digital VJing’ since 2004, and has been playing alongside Major National and International DJ’s at various clubs from Elevate in Delhi to Pasha in Chennai. His Custom Visual Imagery finds its way onto the screen’s of Corporate Shows and other Entertainment Events as well. Going into 2010, he would continue to push the boundaries in the domain. Meanwhile, he continues to freshen himself in the music stream as well, which he is so very passionate about. With a bunch of gigs lined up early next year, rest assured, that this is probably not the last we will hear from this visual artist. |
