Nikhil Chinapa

As one of the most recognized faces on television – Nikhil Chinapa, a popular VJ on MTV India has spent a lot of time around his first love, Music.  His taste in music is far beyond the conventional fanfare available in India and as a result he founded Submerge, one of the largest Indian Electronic Dance Music (EDM) companies in India.

Nikhil Chinapa today is a name synonymous with the electronic dance music scene in India.  A VJ, Submerge Founder, DJ, and MC, Chinapa is not just a man of many trades but also a man with a vision.  Single minded in his passion for getting the latest Electronic Dance Music to an audience that can't seem to get enough, Nikhil has come to be regarded as something of a Music Evangelist by the media and music lovers.

Nikhil started off as PDM Entertainment’s Partner and festival host at Sunburn 2007. He is now the Festival Director and Curator of Sunburn and this year he continues to play ringmaster as host of one.

Rohit Barker

With over a decade of radio experience, the irrepressible Rohit Barker is more than capable of picking up the reins as Ringmaster on Mainstage 2, driving the electric circus to an even higher crescendo.  RJ and VJ, Barker is a Bangalore native who started off making radio a hobby because of the financial benefits.  He’s done the radio rounds from All India Radio to Dubai FM and Radio City before finally making Bangalore’s Radio Indigo his grazing ground.  He’s also graced the silver screen as a VJ on Channl [v] and has also had his hand behind a DJ console.  He’s worked his way through the alphabet from an MC to an RJ to a VJ and a DJ simply because he is in constant awe of great music and what it can do to you.  Be there in December to see what he can do to you over a mike.
